WAM7500Most traditional speakers tend to be box-ish in shape and for the most part this works as it allows the sound to be projected straight at you. It also makes it easy to be placed on shelves, stands, next to your TV, on your table, and etc. That being said if you’re after something a little different, Samsung might have something for you in the form of the WAM7500 and the WAM6500.

Both of these speakers will be shown off at CES 2015, so be sure to check back with us then for more information, but as you can see, they are rather unique in their design. Both models will feature a football shape design, with the main difference being that WAM7500 is the larger of the two and comes with a base stand.

WAM6500The WAM6500 on the other hand is smaller and designed to be more portable as it comes with a built-in battery. Apart from that, both speakers will feature Bluetooth connectivity options and Samsung’s “Ring Radiator” technology which basically allows the speakers to project sound in a 360-degree radius.

This means that you and your friend could sit at opposite ends of the speakers but still be able to enjoy the full sound anyway. Based on this we can only imagine that they would be ideally placed in the middle of the room where the sound can be projected outwards without anything blocking it. Pricing and availability have yet to be determined but more information should be made available at CES next week.
