zte-zingerT-Mobile has its fair share of smartphones available for the masses which suits just about any budget – and this time around, they intend to cater to those who are working on an extremely tight budget, sporting the ZTE Zinger. No, this is not the Zinger Burger from KFC, and neither is it the Zinger wheelchair to help the disabled get around easier, but rather, the ZTE Zinger happens to be a lightweight and compact smartphone.

Do not see this as your gateway to high end models, because the ZTE Zinger does not even pretend to be one in the first place. Rather, it will come with basic and functional specifications, including a 3.5” touchscreen display, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, and Android 4.4 KitKat as the mobile operating system of choice.

Do take note that each new device purchase will require a SIM Starter Kit, and selecting that will be added to your order automatically. Fancy snapping some photos with the ZTE Zinger? Don’t use this to replace your dedicated digital camera though, using it only as a last resort with its 2MP camera – great for WhatsApp or simple prints, but not noteworthy enough as a permanent memory. Any takers for the ZTE Zinger from T-Mobile?
