watch-early-2015-ukThe Apple Watch was announced last year and it was revealed then that the wearable would be launched this year, although when exactly remains to be seen. There have been rumors that we could be looking at an early 2015 release, possible around Chinese New Year or Valentines Day, although those have yet to be confirmed.

That being said, a recent change to Apple’s website has hinted at the possibility of an early 2015 release as well. As spotted by some, Apple’s EU website was recently updated and on their Apple Watch page, it read that the device would be coming in early 2015. However later it was reverted to say “available in 2015” instead.

It should be noted that these changes were only made to some of Apple’s websites in the EU and that the US website continued to maintain its “available in 2015” status. We can’t be 100% sure if the changes were made in error or if they were made before Apple decided that they couldn’t necessarily promise an early 2015 launch.

Then again given Apple’s secretive nature, the company does tend to play with their cards close to their chest. In any case we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information regarding its release and with Valentines Day coming up next month, we won’t have to wait too long to find out if the rumors are true.
