fugoo-core-compSo at CES 2015, we were treated to a handful of Bluetooth speakers like the Braven 805 and the Logitech UE MEGABOOM, but in case those offerings didn’t appeal to you, you might be interested to learn that Fugoo has recently announced a new pair of speakers of their own called the Fugoo XL.

This set of speakers is said to be four times the size of the original Fugoo which was launched back in 2014, so if you wanted something bigger with much more kick, then this is something you might be interested in. The Fugoo XL will pack eight drivers in total. This includes four tweeters, two drivers, and two bass drivers, all of which should result in more punch than its smaller sibling.

The Fugoo XL will also come with interchangeable jackets depending on your needs, like style, sport, and tough. The speakers will be water, dust, snow, dirt, sand, and even drop resistant so you should have no problems taking it with you on holidays to the mountains, the beach, the pool, and so on.

Given its size, it also means that it will be able to pack a larger battery and according to Fugoo, it will last a whopping 35 hours before requiring a recharge. The Fugoo XL will be priced at $299 for the style and sports model, while the tough model will retail for $329 and will go on sale this April.
