honor-x2-leakThe Mobile World Congress event that is set to happen in Barcelona, Spain, at the beginning of March later this year will be the platform where various smartphone manufacturers tout their upcoming models. For instance, we have heard that HTC is looking into rolling out a wearable device. Hence, it is no surprise to hear that Huawei will be introducing their upcoming device, the Huawei Honor X2, at the event.

The Huawei Honor X2 will sport a slim aluminum unibody form factor, and it might arrive with a smaller display than its predecessor, although the leaked image could very well be playing optical illusions on us. Of course, this would most probably be a phablet device, although some might hope for it to be in the tablet territory, which will in turn maintain the screen-to-body ratio found in its predecessor.

Whispers on the street point to the Huawei Honor X2 featuring a Full HD display, an octa-core Kirin 925 chipset, and 3GB RAM. Pricing starts from approximately $320 upward after conversion, which ain’t too shabby actually if one were to check out the balance between looks and performance of this upcoming bad boy. Hopefully more will be revealed in due time, so do play the patience card.
