surfacesupportIf you’re looking for help using a certain product or have issues with it, chances are you might go looking at the official forums or unofficial ones to see if there are any solutions available for you. Well the good news is that if you’d rather trawl the forums and hope that someone responds to your question regarding your Microsoft Surface tablet, you will be pleased to learn that Microsoft has recently launched @SurfaceSupport.

The Twitter account was recently launched by Microsoft and it basically provides Surface owners a more direct means of communication with Microsoft’s support team for the Surface tablet devices. So if you have any questions about your tablet, you could always shoot them a message on Twitter at that particular account and hopefully someone will get back to you in due time.

So far it seems that the account is rather active as many users have since posted their questions. For the most part the account has directed users with questions to various parts of the forums where additional details can be found, but we guess it helps users to save time searching the forums for the answers they’re looking for.

Presumably the account could also be used by Microsoft in the future to help promote newer Surface tablets, accessories, or announce updates, so if you’re a Surface fan or user, perhaps you’ll want to follow that Twitter account.
