The iPhone’s default camera is pretty good and with every new iPhone released by Apple, the cameras are improved upon as well. However if you’d like a bit more flexibility or advanced features, then perhaps the Moment Case might be something you could be interested in. Moment is company that has designed camera lenses for the iPhone in the past, but they’re back with a new Moment Case that will help mount their brand of lenses and give you a more comfortable grip at the same time.

The case, like we said, will help iPhone users mount Moment’s lenses. However it also comes with its own shutter button and before you think that it’s just a button that depresses the volume rocker, think again. The shutter works like a regular camera shutter release and even comes with full and half-press features, where a half-press would allow you to lock the focus and exposure, and a full press to actually snap the photo.

The Moment Case will pair with your iPhone via Bluetooth and its shutter is operated by its own coin cell battery, meaning that it should be able to last you quite a while. The case itself is also able to recognize the different types of Moment lenses that you choose to attach to it, and will be able to unlock advanced software features depending on the type of lens you have attached to the case.

For those who want to take their mobile photography seriously, then perhaps the Moment Case and lenses could be worth checking out, so if you’d like to help fund their project, head on over to their Kickstarter page for the details, or check out the video above to learn more about it.
