Electronic Arts finally confirmed the new Battlefield Hardline beta release date today. One had been rumored a few days back. EA has been teasing the open multiplayer beta for a couple of weeks now and today gamers have finally come to know when they will be able to take the next Battlefield title out for a spin.

Apart from confirming the new Battlefield Hardline beta release Electronic Arts also released a new trailer which brings more footage from this cops vs robbers title. Hardline’s story line puts cops against criminals, both armed to the teeth, as they battle it out for territory and money.

EA has already confirmed that this beta doesn’t place a cap on progression level so gamers will really be able to put it to the test. The beta comes with three maps and multiple game modes.

In Hotwire players have to capture stolen cars displayed on a map and Heist puts them in the middle of bank robberies. The Conquest mode, which allows up to 64 players to battle it out, is available as well.

We reported recently that the new Battlefield Hardline beta release date is February 3rd and that’s exactly what EA has announced today. The new beta will run from February 3rd to February 8th and will be available to games on Windows PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and the Xbox 360.
