galaxy-note-3-review-25Samsung has its fair share of phablets and smartphones available in the market, and the South Korean company does not look as though they are going to slow down anytime soon. Well, this is good news then for users of their devices, as it might translate to better support in the long run of things, which would mean there would be less need to upgrade your handset to a newer model. It seems that the Russian version of the Note 3 (SM -N900) will soon be able to get an update for Android 5.0 Lollipop, via KIES, of course. This particular build would mean the signature number would get bumped up to N900XXUEBOA6.

Apart from the standard goodies of that accompanies Android 5.0 Lollipop, including the likes of ART runtime and an improved performance, one will also be able enjoy a completely overhauled interface in selected areas of the user interface. This must have been looked forward to by many, since there was a beta version of the firmware that leaked out not too long back. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 owners will have to be a wee bit more patient though for their dose of Android 5.0 Lollipop though, although it should not be too long a time in coming.
