wacom-cintiq[CES 2015] There is nothing quite like having a potent combination of form and function, and Wacom intends to capture the essence of both with the Wacom Cintiq 27QHD and Cintiq 27QHD tablets which will hopefully be able to meet the increasing demands of creative professionals. Regardless of which model you decide on, they will come with the very best in pen-on-screen performance, sporting a generous, edge-to-edge glass work surface, spectacular color and attention to ergonomics.

The 27″ display itself will offer what looks like an infinite surface, so that artists and designers alike will be able to literally “see the bigger picture.” In order to offer support for a natural and intuitive workflow, the Cintiq 27’s new ExpressKey Remote can be be placed just about anywhere on the screen or desk, so that users have additional flexibility and power to implement customizable keyboard shortcuts and modifiers as they please. Not only that, there are also different stand options that provide users with the freedom and flexibility to work comfortably with the Cintiq at various angles for hours on end without getting fatigued.

The Cintiq 27QHD’s life-like color quality will show off 1.07 billion colors and 97 percent of Adobe’s color gamut, and its precision color matching with the Wacom Color Manager, Powered by X-Rite, will be able to set and fine-tune the colors for a near exact match. At 27″ in size, it carries a resolution of 2560 x 1440 on a seamless edge-to-edge glass screen.

The Cintiq 27QHD and the 27QHD touch will retail for ($2299.99 and $2799.99, respectively, as they become available from the end of this month onward. [Press Release]
