oneplus-oneIf you happen to reside in India, then you ought to take note that there has just been an announcement made not too long ago for the 16GB OnePlus One Silk White, with an asking price of $306 a pop – after conversion, of course, and it could have been more expensive if released in the previous year since the US dollar has appreciated a whole lot since then. Well, thanks to Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus, the announcement of this 16GB OnePlus One Silk White that will cater specially for the India market will carry a Rs 18,999 ($306) price tag, and it will hit the world’s second most populous country on an exclusive basis over at Amazon India this February 24th.

Basically, OnePlus will change their regular modus operandi where selling smartphones are concerned – they will sell the OnePlus One Silk White without the need for an invite every Tuesday in India, and since February 24th falls on a Tuesday, no prizes for guessing just whether one needs an invite or not!

Apart from the fact that there will be 16GB of internal memory, everything else about the OnePlus One Silk White would be similar to that of the 64GB Sandstone Black model. Regardless of which model you decide to settle on for, there will be no memory expansion slot in either.
