Does Motorola have a new handset or gadget they are planning on revealing? According to various reports, it certainly seems that way. There are various press outlets who are reporting that Motorola has sent them emails informing them that an “exciting announcement” will be taking place on the 25th of February.
The company it seems will be hand-delivering a mysterious box on that day. No word on what could be inside the box, but it has certainly gotten everyone very excited and very curious. Given them mysterious nature and what a big deal Motorola is making of this, we reckon it could be a rather major announcement, although it does seem to be a bit early to announce a new Moto X handset.
Perhaps we could be looking at a new flagship that is the result of Motorola and Lenovo working together ever since the latter acquired Motorola from Google back in 2014. It could also be a new wearable device, perhaps an updated version of the Moto 360. After all we have heard rumors that the second-gen Moto 360 is expected in early 2015, so perhaps that could be it.
Or maybe it could be an entirely new product category that Motorola is launching, who knows? Either way be sure to check back with us on the 25th of February for the details. In the meantime anyone care to venture a guess as to what “exciting announcement” Motorola could be talking about?
