It is said that this is but the beginning, and Samsung intends to introduce even more features to the app down the road through subsequent updates. As for one of those features, it would include 24×7 live chat support that will allow customers to share their problems encountered with the after sales support team, seeking out advice or help. Not only that, Samsung will offer Gold Tier deals to its premium customers, where this sense of exclusivity and entitlement might just assist Samsung in helping them drive sales of its flagship products.

Right now, the Samsung Galaxy Life app is available in the following five countries – Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, and New Zealand.
