galaxy-tab-s2Roger Federer vs Rafael Nadal, Lee Chong Wei vs Lin Dan, Barcelona vs Real Madrid, George Foreman vs Muhammad Ali – there are so many great rivalries in the world of sport, and that certainly adds a whole lot of excitement when we watch legends of the sport square up against one another. Having said that, the world of tech is not immune from such rivalry, too – which can be a good thing for the consumer since it pushes companies to do their very best where hardware and software amalgamation is concerned. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 has been said to be carefully positioned in order to rival the Apple iPad Air 2.

It seems that the upcoming Galaxy Tab S2 is going to be thinner than the 6.1mm iPad Air 2, now how about that? We have also heard whispers of this particular upcoming tablet arriving in 8” and 9.7“ models, which would be rather close in nature to how Apple has done their marketing where the iPad mini 3 and iPad Air 2 are concerned.

Throw in talk about a metal frame, and there you have it – the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is ripe pickings for the perception of it being a serious competitor to Apple’s mentioned tablets.
