mystery midweekWhen it comes to Steam sales, Valve typically launches it in the summer where students are enjoying their long summer break and where some of it will presumably be used to play video games. However it seems that Valve has decided to drop a sale this month for whatever mysterious reason, but we’re not one to complain.

The latest sale will see over 40 titles that have their prices slashed to accommodate gamers who might be shopping on a budget. The sale is now live and is expected to run until the 13th of February. There are a bunch of games that are seeing some pretty heavy discounts, as much as up to 75% off.

So if you have been meaning to get some new games but would rather not pay full price for it, head on over to the Steam website where you will be able to view the games in its entirety. Some notable titles and discounts include the Max Payne series, Broken Sword, and L.A. Noire, just to name a few.

There are also some indie titles such as Gunpoint which are old but yet still very playable, so if you want to stock up on games, get your credit card ready because now is the time to do so!
