broken-ageIt was just a couple of months ago that a pretty old game from of yore was dusted off, before passion and enthusiasm gave way to a rather major makeover before being released for yet one more time in order for it to be enjoyed by the masses – be they young or old alike. Basically, the resurrection of Grim Fandango Remastered was made possible courtesy of the folks over at PlayStation, which saw it arrive on the PS4 and PS Vita platforms. Having said that, a new adventure game known as Broken Age is also making its way to the PlayStation Store this April 28th.

What makes Broken Age so special? Well, for starters, it will hail from the very same team that churned out Grim Fandango all the way back in the 1990’s, not to mention being accompanied by some other younger collaborators at Double Fine Productions.

In Broken Age, the story of Vella and Shay is told, involving a girl and boy from totally different worlds who seem to be leading strangely parallel lives. Broken Age is a title that features words, concept art and music from legendary adventure game makers Tim Schafer, Peter Chan, and Peter McConnell, while your eyes will be treated to visuals of Nathan Stapley, in addition to voices from amazingly talented people from the movies and TV.
