Netflix is one of the most popular online video streaming services that operates in a handful of markets. The company isn’t as strict about blocking users from outside of supported markets like some of its rivals, Hulu is a good example, so Netflix loves in Australia and New Zealand have always been able to access the service by taking advantage of a couple of loopholes. They won’t have to do any of that starting March 24th because that’s when Netflix officially launches Down Under.

Netflix has linked up with iiNet, Australia’s second-largest DSL Internet provider, for the first un-metering agreement with an ISP in the country. This means that iiNet’s subscribers can enjoy Netflix streaming without fear of the usage counting against their home data caps.

Even though Netflix has stopped accepting gift cards in the US it will allow customers Down Under to purchase gift cards in denominations of $20, $30 and $50 from participating retailers which they can then use to pay for the service.

The company is going to reveal details on monthly pricing at launch though it will offer a single-stream standard definition plan, a two-stream plan with HD as well as a family plan with four simultaneous streams and 4K UHD content.
