most-expensive-ios-apps

Have you ever wondered what the most expensive app for iOS might cost? The App Store is home to countless apps and games most of which cost under $9.99. Some might consider paying ten bucks for an app outrageous but wait till you get a look at this list. Some of the most expensive apps for your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch cost as much as $1,000.

Vizzywig 8HD costs a relatively reasonable $99.99, down from its initial $1,000 price in September 2014, and claims to capture video at eight times the resolution of the iPhone 6’s camera.

It’s basically a textbook for people in the medical industry so Harrison’s Principles might not be for everybody, but for people who know what to do with it, the $200 price tag might be justified.

At $349.99 we’re entering the upper spectrum. Barcelona vs Madrid is an app that costs this much and it only pits the two rival football clubs together. For this amount of money you’re better off buying a proper gaming console and using FIFA 15 to get your Barcelona vs Madrid fix.

There are more than a few apps that cost $999.99. Alpha-Trader is one of them. As the name suggests its a trading solution for pros and provides real-time stock prices, risk indications and much more.

Alpha-Trader sounds useful, but app.Cash doesn’t. Going by its description in the App Store this $999.99 app is essentially a point-of-sale app that will allow you to use your iOS device to print a receipt. There are countless free and very cheap PoS apps available that can do just the same.

If money is no object for you then you wouldn’t mind spending a thousand dollars on VIP Black. It’s referred to as “The Millionaire’s App.” People who purchase it first have to verify that their assets exceed $1 million. Only then they can use the app to avail services from the company’s exclusive luxury partners.
