Sony_Xperia_M4__02The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua was one of the phones that Sony announced at MWC 2015. It’s not the company’s flagship handset but we guess it’s better than nothing and a great buy for those who are shopping on a budget. Now if you’re wondering when you can get your hands on the handset, you might be interested to learn that it is currently available for pre-order via Amazon’s website in Germany.

The handeset has been priced at €279 which is actually a little bit cheaper than what Sony had originally mentioned as to how much it would cost, but hey we guess we can’t really complain, right? The device will be available in either a black or white finish, depending on what you’re after. Unfortunately Amazon Germany’s website did not state as to when exactly the phone will be shipping, but you can place a pre-order if you’re interested.

For those who might have missed out on Sony’s announcement at MWC 2015, the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua is a mid-range phone at best. It will come with a 5-inch 720p HD display and under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset which will feature four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz, and another four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1GHz.

It will come with 2GB of RAM, a 2,400mAh battery, and will also feature a 13MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. It has also been IP68 certified and will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop preinstalled.
