mi-note-bambooIt looks like the Xiaomi Mi Note is about to get even more stylish, especially when the Natural Bamboo Edition has just launched with a price point of $370 after conversion of RMB2,299. Do take note that this particular special edition model will come with similar hardware specifications as that of the regular Mi Note, save for the bamboo exterior, of course, which in turn is what gives this bad boy its name.

The spanking new Xiaomi Mi Note Natural Bamboo Edition will run on a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC chipset with Adreno 330 GPU, accompanied by the likes of a 5.7” IPS Full HD display (1080 x 1920 resolution) with 386 pixel density, 3GB RAM, and Android 4.4.4 KitKat as the operating system of choice..

Apart from that, it will also deliver support for 4G networks – on not one, but both of its SIM slots, now how about that? At the back lies a 13MP camera with dual-tone dual-LED flash, while in front would be a 4MP camera which should be able to shoot some pretty decent selfies, all of it powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.

Would you actually make a purchase of this device just because it now comes in a special edition? After all, bamboo is pretty stylish if done right.
