It all started a couple of days back when a teaser for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 appeared online, hinting that a new title in the CoD franchise might be unveiled soon. Treyarch is the studio behind the 2015 Call of Duty title and up till now it has been tightlipped about plans for a new title. Fortunately the uncertainty comes to an end because Activision has formally confirmed that Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is going to be released this year.
Activision confirms that the team at Treyarch is coming back this year with Call of Duty Black Ops 3. It hasn’t revealed much about the upcoming title just yet but in only a couple of weeks we’ll find out more.
The world reveal of Call of Duty Black Ops 3 has been set for Sunday, April 26th, and that’s when we’ll get the much awaited titles about this title.
Some clues about the new title might be revealed before April 26th. To keep up Activision recommends that you follow some of its social media accounts, that’s just one of the ways its going to build up hype.
Obviously there’s no information about Call of Duty Black Ops 3’s story or campaign, and we don’t even know when it will be released. The plan might be to release this title at some point in the fall.
