lenovo-a7600m-leakIt was earlier this February when we brought you word that the Lenovo A7600-M had been certified in China by TENAA, which is more or less the FCC in that part of the world. After all, devices need to be certified before they are deemed to be ready to roll out to the masses, safety issues and compliance and all that. Well, it seems that the device has been spotted in the wild as you can see for yourself above, where in terms of its design, the handset looks as though it is made out of plastic complete with metal wrapped around the middle of the unit. While modern day full touchscreen smartphones do happen to have a general rectangular form factor, the Lenovo A7600-M looks somewhat sterile to me, as though it was released at the time where the Samsung Galaxy S2 proved to be the top dog in the game.

Hardware-wise will see a 5.5” screen being part of the deal, complete with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. There will also be an octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor running under the hood, accompanied by the likes of 2GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory. Of course, chances are 8GB of storage space just isn’t enough in this day and age, which is why there is also a microSD memory card slot that has been thrown into the mix for expansion purposes. You will find a 5MP shooter in front with a 13MP camera behind, and a 3000mAh battery to keep it running. Android 5.0 Lollipop with Lenovo’s VIBE UI 2.5 runs on top tops off the deal, as it arrives in either black or white shades.
