Due to the online nature of most games these days, there will be times when the game’s servers might not necessarily be running at 100%, thus leading to a less than optimal experience for gamers. The good news is that sometimes developers acknowledge this, like in the case of Blizzard who has recently apologized for a spotty performance last week on the Hearthstone servers.
So much so that they have announced that for all Hearthstone accounts based in Europe, they will be given two free Classic packs. This will apply to all European accounts created prior to 3rd of May 2015, so if you’re thinking of creating a new account just to get the cards, you’d be out of luck. The cards are expected to be delivered to players within 24 hours, so if you don’t see them yet, fret not.
For those who are wondering if they have received them, they should be able to be found in the “Open Packs” section. These packs will not expire so if you don’t plan on opening it now, don’t worry as you can always save them for later. Like we said, these packs are based on the Classic Hearthstone cards, so you might be disappointed if you were looking forward to the booster packs that are based on the later expansions such as Curse of Naxxramas, Goblins vs Gnomes, and the latest Blackrock Mountain.
