lg g pad xIt’s been awhile since we last saw a tablet from LG, but the good news for those who like LG’s tablet offerings is that a new tablet appears to be in the works as per our previous report. This is according to a recent tweet by @evleaks who revealed that the LG G Pad X will be headed for Verizon, and thanks to his latest tweet, a photo of the device has surfaced.

Unfortunately apart from the name and its destination on Verizon’s network, not much is known about the device for now. However based on what we can tell from the photo, it looks like it will feature a rather interesting design. As you can see in the photo above, the tablet appears to sport a brushed metal back that doesn’t fully cover its surface.

It also appears that on the back there are two speaker grills suggesting that we might be looking at a stereo speaker setup, although it’s odd that they chose to place it in the back and not the front where it might benefit the user the most. The tablet also appears to sport two cameras, one in front and one in the back, and will support Verizon’s 4G LTE connectivity.

Its display size, resolution, chipset, RAM, and storage remain a complete mystery, however if this leak is any indication, hopefully an official announcement won’t be too far behind.
