lg-g4-industrial-design-29LG, just like Samsung, has the habit of releasing smaller versions of its flagship smartphone. Recently the company had launched the LG G4 and now it looks like a smaller version of the handset is already being prepped. According to a recent sighting of Vodafone Hungary’s inventory, it looks like there is an LG G4 Mini in the works.

Previously we had reported that LG was working on a smaller version of the LG G4, except that the name was rumored to be the LG G4c. We’re not sure if the LG G4c and the LG G4 Mini are the same device but share a different name, or if they’re completely two different phones, although it stands to reason that they’re most likely the same device.

Unfortunately it is unclear as to what specs we might expect from the LG G4 Mini. Usually the “mini” version of the phone comes with slightly lower specs than the flagship, but considering that the LG G4 is quite a beast under the hood, even a slightly lower-specced version of it should still prove to be a pretty good device.

It is also unknown as to whether LG will give the LG G4 Mini the same leather-back treatment as the LG G4, although chances are if this happens the phone’s price would most likely go up, but at the same time it should be aesthetically pleasing. In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully more details about the alleged LG G4 Mini will surface soon.
