There are plenty of budding videographers on the internet, especially on YouTube. Now some of the productions we’ve seen are pretty damn impressive, and some are just outright amateur. However it is safe to say that not many have the budget or have access to fancy studios, sets, costumes, effects, and etc. that movie studios usually do.

However that will soon change because Stan Lee, the co-creator of superheroes such as Spider-man, Iron Man, the Avengers, and so on has recently announced that his company along with YouTube will be launching a new initiative that will help YouTubers in various parts of the world create their own superhero videos.

How will they do that, you ask? For starters these videographers will have access to specially created sets that includes a science lab, a weapons locker, and a secret lair, all of which will depend on your creativity and how you plan on using those locations for your story and video. There will also be green screen stages to help superimpose characters into other locations.

These videographers will also get some consulting time, presumably with Stan Lee himself to help them flesh out their story. Does this sound cool? If it does, you can go ahead and register your interest and see if you’re lucky enough to be selected. In the meantime you can learn more about this particular venture by watching the video above.
