One of the most awaited smartphones of 2015 is finally close to being launched in the United States. Two of the four major carriers have already started taking pre-orders for the LG G4 and have confirmed when this handset will be released. Big Red has followed through today as well and the Verizon LG G4 pre-orders are now being accepted through the carrier’s website.

Interested customers can place their pre-order at Verizon’s website, the carrier promises that units will start shipping before the LG G4 is due to arrive in its retail stores across the nation.

LG G4 will be available on the Verizon Edge plan for $22.91 per month for 24 months, customers can also purchase it at full retail price of $549.99. The Ceramic White color with 3D patterns is exclusive to Verizon Wireless, other color options include Genuine Black Leather and Metallic Gray.

LG is running a promotion for a limited time where customers who purchase a new G4 receive a free 32GB microSD card, an extra battery and a battery charging cradle, more details are available at the promotion’s website.

Verizon has now started taking pre-orders for the LG G4. Those who get their orders in will receive their units before the handset arrives in stores, which happens on Thursday, June 4th.
