iPhone-6-review-2With every iPhone released, Apple faces demand higher than the previous year, which also means that if you wanted to get your hands on the new iPhones, you’d have to be quick on the trigger or end up waiting for weeks/months. In fact last year’s demand was so unprecedented that according to a report from Pacific Crest analyst Andy Hargreaves, Apple is bracing themselves for an even higher demand this year.

According to Hargreaves, “Although it is early and we lack visibility into the critical December quarter, our initial estimates of iPhone component orders in FQ4 suggest Apple is anticipating demand in the next iPhone cycle that is ahead of our current expectations.” This seems to suggest that Apple might be planning an even greater number of orders than before in order to meet the demand.

However Hargreaves does point out that the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus might not necessarily be faced with the same frenzy compared to that of its predecessors, which we suppose is understandable. The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are expected to be similar in design with most of its changes being under the hood.

According to the rumors, some of the changes Apple will be making includes adding Force Touch, built using stronger grade aluminum, and that it could possibly feature a dual camera setup thanks to Apple’s acquisition of Linx. In any case we suppose it is still too early to tell how well-received the upcoming iPhones will be, but what say you?
