galaxy-note-4-review-15When it comes to competing smartphones, it isn’t always about Android versus Android. In the case of Samsung, many consider Apple’s iPhone to be its chief rival and with that being said, how is Samsung faring in the customer satisfaction department? As it turns out pretty well!

This is according to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index (via PhoneArena) which found that last year’s Samsung Galaxy Note 4 actually beat out Apple’s iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in terms of customer satisfaction scores. In fact according to the scores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which is a two-year old phone managed to tie with Apple’s 2014 flagships.

According to the scores, the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 3 scored 86 and 82 respectively putting them in first and second place. Apple’s iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus also tied with the Galaxy Note 3 in second with a score of 82. Samsung’s Galaxy S5 was also on the list with a score of 82.

So far as the rivalry between Apple and Samsung are concerned, Samsung has the slight edge thanks to the Galaxy Note 4. As for other brands, the Moto X scored 81 putting them in third while the LG G3 managed to nab a score of 80 putting them in fourth place. That being said with Samsung’s brand new phones this year, we have to admit we’re curious to see what the new rankings will be like.
