google_caloriesHave you ever wondered what is the nutritional information that goes into your favorite fast food burger? Sure, you could always surf on over to their website where they should have that information on hand, but as always Google is here to help simplify your life and make your searches quicker and more efficient.

The company has recently announced (via Engadget) that starting from today, they will display the amount of calories that goes into your fast food meals along with additional nutritional information. If you were to do a search on Google for “calories in a big mac”, you should be greeted by the page you see in the screenshot above.

At a glance it will display the amount of calories that you will be consuming, and if you want additional information such as total fat, sugars, potassium, sodium, and etc., you just need to look to the right to get it. Like we said this information is easily available on the fast food company’s website but if you want quick information, Google has you covered.

Now according to Google, this will be available on the Google app, but it will also work on the desktop version of Google Search, so you won’t need to keep using your phone to look up caloric information for your next burger.
