If you’re someone who doesn’t like going to carrier stores and would rather have the carrier come to you then Sprint has the perfect service for you. Earlier this year the nation’s third largest wireless network launched a new service called Direct 2 You which basically gives you sales and support inside your own home. The service is gradually being rolled out to more cities across the country with New York and L.A. being added to the list today.

Sprint offers this service to everybody so you don’t necessarily have to be a Sprint user in order to get someone associated with the carrier to come to your home.

Besides that the carrier lets you call its representatives almost anywhere you want, if you’d be more comfortable with dealing with the person inside a park you can do that too, the service is provided for free.

Services offered include the ability to purchase a new device, upgrade an existing device as well as receive customer service. Getting someone to come to you is easy, make a request by calling Sprint or through the dedicated website.

The Direct 2 You service from Sprint was so far available in Kansas City, Miami and Chicago. Today it goes live in L.A., New York, San Francisco and Denver. Soon it will be available in Washington, D.C., Detroit and Dallas.
