apple_watch_appsWhen the Apple Watch was unveiled, there were mixed reactions to its design. Some loved it, some hated it, basically we suppose it all boils down to taste. Now if you were in the latter camp and thought Apple could do better, you might be disappointed to learn that come 2016 where presumably the Apple Watch 2 will be launched, it seems that not much will change, at least on the surface.

This is according to a rumor out of Korea which suggests that with the second-gen Apple Watch, Apple is expected to maintain the size and design of the original watch. In fact even its display resolution is said to be the same as its predecessor. We can only assume that what will change might be its processor, battery size, and maybe it might even gain some new hardware features like a camera.

We have to admit that we are a little disappointed that there will not be a new design, but we suppose that’s fair since Apple typically introduces new designs every couple of years, plus we’re sure that original Apple Watch owners won’t want to feel like their investment has suddenly become obsolete, right?

In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but what kind of changes would you like to see Apple make to the second-gen watch that you think could be improved upon, or that might compel you to get your hands on it?
