Trying to lose weight? Trying to reduce your cholesterol? Trying to eat healthy in general? While there are obvious foods that one should avoid if they want to be healthy, unless you’re a nutritionist or a dietician, chances finding the right balance of what you should or should not eat might be a bit tricky.

This is where FitNatic’s Nourish comes into play. Nourish is a countertop gadget that you can use to help figure out what kind of supplements you should take to help maintain a healthy lifestyle, so instead of popping a variety of pills just to be on the safe side, the goal of Nourish to create a more personal and targeted form of supplement consumption.

The device is basically shaped like a cube and will house 16 different supplements at the top of the device in RFID-containers called Seeds. The supplements are then mixed and match depending on your preference into a Pod, after which you just put the Pod over a glass of water, press it, and it will dispense the powdered supplements into your water. You then stir it and consume it and you’re good to go.

Nourish is also expected to work with a variety of fitness trackers, and the more you use it, the better understanding it is able to gain of you. Now we can’t speak to the health benefits and effectiveness of Nourish, but if you are a health/fitness enthusiast looking to maximize their performance or healthy eating lifestyle, then maybe the Nourish is an Indiegogo project worth investing in.
