With around two months to go until Samsung is due to unveil the Galaxy Note 5 we’re hearing all sorts of rumors and seeing leaks almost on a daily basis. Today’s leak seems to be a big one, 3D CAD renders of the Galaxy Note 5 have been compiled in a video and posted online which just might give us our first proper glimpse at the design of the Galaxy Note 5.

The renders have been leaked online by @onleaks who has established a reputation for being correct about these things so for all we know there might be some truth to what we see in the video.

From the looks of it the Galaxy Note 5 is going to look quite similar to the Galaxy S6 and since it’s likely to be crafted out of metal as well it might even feel in the hands like a gigantic Galaxy S6.

If it’s based entirely upon the same design philosophy as the Galaxy S6 then perhaps the Galaxy Note 5 may not even have the removable battery and microSD card slot, which many might be hoping that Samsung preserves on this handset.

The accompanying report suggests that it may not have a USB Type-C port even though one has been rumored multiple times and the S Pen might be capable of ejecting itself automatically as and when the need arises.

Nevertheless don’t forget to take this with a grain of salt for now since nothing has been officially confirmed by the company, don’t expect Samsung to reveal anything about this handset prior to IFA 2015 in September though.
