motorola-fccThe folks over at Motorola happen to be working on the quiet on a bunch of smartphones, or so it seems. After all, one of such rumored handsets have snuck into the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in the US in order to go through the certification process, and along the way, it obviously revealed some more details concerning the device.

While the FCC filing failed to make a clear mention concerning the model number as well as name of the device, it was referred to as model 5137. This upcoming smartphone will measure 161.8mm diagonally, which is larger as opposed to the 154.49mm figure that the Motorola Droid Turbo came with. So far, there are expectations for this particular device to run on either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 or Snapdragon 810 mobile chipset, since it has already undergone testing for 4G LTE-Advanced radio and MIMO Wi-Fi.

Not only that, the smartphone is also touted to play nice with Motorola’s Turbo Charger, and there have been no other kinds of explicit mention concerning various details where the filing documents are concerned. Perhaps this might be the upcoming Motorola Droid Kinzie device that has been spotted before, who knows? Good old Father Time will tell as everyone else plays the patience card.
