oneplus-two-rendersLater this month, OnePlus is expected to officially announce the OnePlus Two. Now we’re sure many are curious as to what the handset will look like. In fact a recent report even suggested that the company could be turning to the use of metal for its next phone and now thanks to a leaked render, it seems to confirm that.

As you can see in the image to the right, it is the alleged render of the upcoming OnePlus Two. Upon first glance we have to admit that it looks a bit like the HTC One M9 but given that HTC typically makes pretty phones, that’s not a bad thing. However we should point out that the render looks nothing like the leaked photos we saw the other day.

If anything it does seem to resemble the leaked sketch of the handset from our report yesterday, but once again this is just speculation. Now there are some possibilities here regarding the discrepancies. One of the photos is fake, or it is possible that both are fake. Another is that this particular design might belong to the one of the three different versions spotted at the Bluetooth SIG.

However it does seem odd that they would differ so greatly in terms of design. In any case it’s best taken with a grain of salt for now, but in the meantime what do you guys think of the latest render? Which are you hoping is the real deal?
