s6-edge-plusWhat you see on the right is pretty much clearly labeled as caught by someone with a phone camera (how ironic, don’t you think so?) – the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, of course. In other words, this handset is well on its way to hit the market, although there were also spottings of the Galaxy S5 in a more orthodox shade of white, just in case that happens to be your cup of tea.

The Galaxy S6 edge+ is certainly not making any kind of effort to hide its relation to its smaller edge sibling which was introduced to the world earlier this March, and assuming there were no minor differences such as the curved corners as well as the straight top and bottom edges, one might be jolly well fooled into thinking that this is a smartphone, and not a phablet. What do you think of the contrasting home button on its shade of gold? Too flashy?

Apart from that, the photo also tells us that the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is going to run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop right out of the box, which makes perfect sense taking into consideration how this is an upmarket device, and only the very best should do. After all, both the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge+ have already been certified by the FCC.
