If you rely on StubHub to purchase tickets to various events, you might be interested to learn that the app has recently received a significant update in which it will now be more functional than ever. The update will see better integration with two services – Uber and Apple Music which should be handy if you rely on those services as well.
For starters, if you’re a Uber user, you will now be able to call for an Uber vehicle from within the StubHub app itself when purchasing tickets. In fact you can even set a reminder to do so when purchasing for an event in the future. The app will also be able to tell the Uber driver the location of the event to save yourself some time.
However it should be noted that calling an Uber vehicle from the app will require users to have bought a ticket within two hours of the event. Of course you could always get an Uber the normal way but this does seem to be a bit more convenient. As for its Apple Music integration, basically StubHub will now be able to determine the artists you like.
This is done by the app scanning your Apple Music library for your favorite artists, and from there will add them to your StubHub favorites that will let users keep track of upcoming events involving said artists. The updated app is currently available via the iTunes App Store so go ahead and grab it if you haven’t already.
