Samsung-Galaxy-Note-5-21

UpdateSamsung has confirmed that the listings were made in error.

Yesterday Samsung took the wraps off the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+. Both phones are beautifully designed and packed some pretty impressive specs under the hood. However at the time of launch, Samsung only mentioned that they would arrive in 32GB or 64GB options, and given that neither phone sports a microSD slot, some users might be disappointed.

However as it turns out that Samsung might have a larger model in stock after all. According to reports, it seems that the company has introduced 128GB models for both phones at the very last minute. There is no announcement for the 128GB model, instead it has been spotted on websites such as Samsung’s website and T-Mobile’s website.

Before you get too excited, it seems that there are some “restrictions”. The 128GB model appears to be limited in color variety. For example it is only available in black on Samsung’s website, but on T-Mobile’s website you can pick a variety of colors for it. We’re not sure what’s with the discrepancy or why there was no mention of it earlier.

It could be a typo in the entry but two websites list the model, so chances are it might be the real deal. In any case if 64GB is still too low for you, then when pre-orders of both handsets go live, keep an eye out for the 128GB model.
