Come September, there is a good chance we might learn more about the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. Based on simple deduction we can only assume that this year’s iPhones will be similar in size and design to last year’s iPhones, which is what Apple does with every “S” generation anyway.
However according to a new rumor from an alleged Foxconn insider, it seems that we might be treated to a 5-inch iPhone as well this year. This is allegedly based on a sketch which you can see in the image above, which we have to admit is pretty damn suspicious, not to mention not exactly solid evidence since anyone can draw an iPhone on a piece of paper.
That being said, the rumors claim that this 5-inch iPhone will allegedly sport an 8MP rear-facing camera accompanied by dual-tone flash. It is also rumored to be powered by an A9 processor making it a pretty powerful handset. Like we said we are skeptical of this rumor especially since this is the first time we’re hearing about it.
Also notable Apple insiders and leaksters have not mentioned anything about a 5-inch iPhone either. Now we have heard of the rumored 4-inch iPhone 6c, but that phone is said to be launching in 2016. In any case take it with a huge dose of salt for now, but hopefully we won’t have to wait too long to find out.
