I hope that I am not the only one who thinks that Sony still churns out interesting smartphones. It looks like the Sony Xperia Z5 and Sony Xperia Z5 Compact are tipped to receive an unveiling some time later this September at IFA 2015, and what you see above here is the alleged back of the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, now how about that? I suppose that this particular argument does hold water, as the Omni Balance design happens to be present, and there is also a side placement of the fingerprint scanner in addition to both power and volume buttons being located a whole lot further down on the side of the handset.
Those characteristics happen to be seen in images before, which made up part of the Xperia Z5 Compact’s design. Other expected hardware specifications of the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact point to a 4.7” 720 x 1280 HD resolution display with a pixel density of 312ppi, a Snapdragon 810 SoC that is located underneath the hood, an octa-core CPU as well as an Adreno 430 GPU, accompanied by 3GB RAM and the possibility of even an IP68 certification.
With less than a fortnight away from IFA 2015, we can only sit tight and wait for the real deal to be released.
