amazon-free-apps

Amazon has made it a habit to regularly offer some of the most popular apps and games for Android free through its own Appstore, it’s a novel way for the company to bring more users into its own Appstore for Android devices. The company is now offering free apps and games worth $90, the apps will be on offer for a couple of days so if you see one that you’d like better not waste any time in downloading it.

Games take up most of the places on the list this time around, popular titles including the original Fruit Ninja, Goat Simulator and Scribblenauts Remix are present. Photo editing apps are quite popular with mobile users and they’re on this list as well, apps like Photo Lab PRO are available for free.

The most expensive app on this list costs $11.99 usually, it’s AVG AntiVirus PRO, this is a good chance for people who have been eyeing this app to pick it up without having to pay anything.

Since the entire idea is to bring in traffic for the Amazon Appstore these apps can only be downloaded through the company’s Appstore, so if you don’t have it you’ll first need to download it before you can take advantage of this promotion.

The promotion is live now and will run through August 15th so there are a couple of days to go before you have to make up your mind on which apps to download.
