samsung-galaxy-s6-edge-plus-leak-2015-08-11-01On the 13th of August, Samsung is expect to take the wraps off the upcoming Galaxy Note 5, and if the rumors are to be believed, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ as well. That being said, we’re sure many are just as curious as to when the phones will go on sale. Will be it a week after the launch, two weeks, a month?

As it turns out thanks to Samsung themselves, it has been revealed that pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 5 are expected to kick off on the 21st of August, a little over a week after the official unveiling. This is thanks to the folks at Galaxyclub.nl who spotted the announcement on Samsung France’s website.

However it should be noted that the image you see in the screenshot above has since been removed from Samsung France’s website, indicating that the information might have gone out a little earlier than expected. At the same time it is entirely possible that this could be a placeholder and that the date might not be 100% accurate.

Also since it was on Samsung France’s website, the date might only apply to France or the European region. That being said, you might also have realized that the image showcases a device with dual curved edges on its screen. Either Samsung has confirmed the Galaxy S6 Edge+ as well, or this could be the Galaxy S6 Edge. Either way do check back with us on the 13th of August for the details.
