There’s a new Assassin’s Creed title coming out next month and Ubisoft has got the hype machine churning for it, today it revealed a DLC campaign which will be released for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Details about this DLC were announced today alongside details for the AC Syndicate Season Pass which will give players access to all downloadable content for a one-time charge.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate gets a Jack the Ripper Campaign. For those who are unaware Jack the Ripper is a well known given name to a notorious serial killer believed to have been active in London’s Whitechapel district back in 1888.

This campaign for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate takes place some two decades after the events of the main game, players will team up with Scotland Yard’s Frederick Abberline in an effort to track Jack the Ripper.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate players will be able to purchase and download the Jack the Ripper campaign separately, it’s included in the season pass if they opt for it, which includes additional mission packs, exclusive XP boost and two top-tier sets of gear and weapons.

The new title is going to be released for consoles across the globe on October 23rd, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be released for Windows PC on November 19th.
