Marvel and Netflix have come together to create great content, both have already churned out one season of their first show together, all thirteen episodes of Marvel’s Daredevil were released earlier this year. Many have been waiting for an update on Jessica Jones which is also going to debut on Netflix, today the online video streaming company released a premiere announcement trailer for the upcoming show and also confirmed the release date in the process.

“After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City,” this is how Marvel describes the show.

It stars Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, David Tennant as Kilgrave, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Rachael Taylor as Patricia “Trish” Walker, and Carrie-Anne Moss. The show has been executive produced by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg, of Dexter fame, and Liz Friedman with Jeph Loeb.

Netflix is following the same process for Marvel’s Jessica Jones that it has for all original content. All thirteen one-hour episodes of the new show will be released at once so that subscribers can binge watch to their heart’s desire.

Jessica Jones will be available to stream on Netflix starting November 20th, 2015.
