It looks like there is a spanking new version of Wallet for iOS available in town, which would help make life easier for iOS-powered device owners to make a payment, or request for a payment through email. What would be the outstanding feature of the new Google Wallet for iOS? For starters, users are able to split their expenses with friends, which would make life at the dinner table a whole lot easier without having to go through the social custom of “No, I’ll pay first” while shoving one’s money back and forth. Of course, there are also other features like managing money while you are on the move as well as cashing out to a bank account.

All that you need to do is to any U.S. debit card by shooting a photo of it in the app, followed by typing the relevant details before picking the function, finishing it by entering one or more email addresses. Best of all is, this particular service would still be able to work, never mind that the recepient themselves are not Google Wallet users.

This new Google Wallet for iOS comes hot on the heels of Google’s update for the Android version earlier this month, which saw the introduction of a new icon, sleeker design, and additional functions.
