The company said that it wanted Spotify Running to be the “perfect” companion for your runs and now that perfect companion is finally available on Android.
Spotify Running was initially only released to iPhone users across the globe. The company revealed today that since it was launched millions of subscribers have laced up and hit the road with Spotify Running.
It formally announced today that Spotify Running is coming to Android, according to Spotify it provides users with “the best music on the planet” with recommendations based on listening history, original running compositions and multiple-genre playlists. This particular feature was developed after consultations with fitness experts and runners.
Users just need to select their tempo and start running, Spotify will automatically match the perfect music in time to their step thus helping runnings “go the extra mile.” Spotify Running is being released to Android users across the globe starting today.
