If you’re not a professional photographer or someone who needs powerful image editing software then you probably don’t have much use for Adobe Photoshop, one of the most powerful and widely used image editing softwares out there. However many users like to merely use the app for retouching their photos or adding some effects, fairly mundane tasks when you consider what Photoshop is actually capable of doing, but given its high price tag many turned towards illegal downloads rather than paying for the software itself.

Adobe has been trying to fix this though by making Photoshop more accessible to the public, not too long ago it launched a $9.99 per month bundle that features Lightroom and Photoshop. It also broke up some of Photoshop’s big features into standalone apps for mobile devices.

Adobe today released a new app called Photoshop Fixi n which it has basically packaged the best features of Photoshop inside a free application. Fixing photos with this app is very easy and it gets the job done as you would expect from Photoshop.

There’s no shortage of editing tools in the app, users can adjust contrast, saturation and exposure, there are tools for editing out objects and imperfections, cropping, painting and adding vignettes is easy as well.

The best part is that Photoshop Fix is available for iPhone and iPad today for free, an Android version is in the works and is going to be released soon.
