canon eos m10It would seem that Canon has some new products that they have yet to officially announce, but in the meantime it looks like the company has no issues with posting said products on its online store. We’re not sure if this is by accident or if it was done due to the fact that an announcement is imminent, but we have at least two new Canon cameras confirmed.

This comes in the form of the Canon EOS M10, whose specs and photos were leaked the other day, and the PowerShot G5 X, which oddly enough seems to have skipped over the PowerShot G4 X especially when you consider that the PowerShot G3 X was launched only several months ago.

That being said, the listing for the Canon EOS M10 confirms that it will indeed come with an 18MP APS-C CMOS sensor with a DIGIC 6 image process under the hood. it will be compatible with EF-M lenses (naturally) along with EF and EF-S lenses, although a mount adapter will be required.

PowerShot_G5_XAs for the PowerShot G5 X, the listing on Canon’s website claims that it will feature a 2.36 million dot EVF, a 1-inch 20.2MP CMOS sensor, a 24-100mm 4.2x optical zoom lens with an aperture of f/1.8. It also comes with a hot shoe so users will be able to slot in accessories like Speedlite flashes.

Pricing of the EOS M10 was not stated, but the PowerShot G5 X was listed for $799.99. No word on when they will be announced but based on the listings, we can only assume soon, so check back with us at a later date for the details.
