Nexus-5X-Ui-08Unboxing a brand new device that you recently purchased, brimming with excitement within is definitely a feeling that is hard to describe. Pure joy for some, ecstatic for others, it all works out for the good. However, to find out that your spanking new device has issues right out of the box can be quite a downer, as with the case of the Nexus 5X smartphone from Google which do seem to feature yellow screen issues.

Discoloration issues on a smartphone is nothing new, even the iPhone 4 had it. Well, initially the yellow tint on the screen was thought to be some sort of adhesive that did not have enough time to dry adequately, or that in due time, these dots or yellow tint would disappear slowly. Apparently, that is not the case, but thankfully there is a solution to this dilemma if you are affected.

Should you be a Nexus 5X owner with yellow screen issues, then it is in your best interest to contact Google customer service right away, as those who have been affected by this particular issue have already received a replacement handset from Google, now how about that for customer service? Some others decided to wait and see, and in approximately a week, the shade of yellow disappeared.
